I’ve always thought of this as the ultimate party food until I took some to a party and the hostess referred to them as “those redneck sausage things.” (You know who you are.)

Ingredients
3 cups Bisquick
1 pound pork sausage (hot) I usually get the Jimmy Dean.
1 10-ounce package of Sharp Cracker Barrel cheese
Instructions
Put Bisquick in mixer on “Low”. Add uncooked sausage.
Mix and slowly flake.
Grate cheese
Add cheese to mixture. Mix well, using your hands.
Roll into balls.
Freeze on cookie sheet, then store in freezer bags.
Cook frozen at 350 degrees until golden brown.
